Our Accommodations

Here at Escarpment Heights Motel, we offer the finest, most modern accommodations in Tobermory. Featuring 26 motel units, along with three different styles of cottages. All have free parking and free WIFI, 2 electric car charging stations available at the Hotel.

Our motel is located with in walking distance to the heart of Tobermory, Little Tub Harbour. Here is where you will find most of the restaurants and shops and boat tours. The new Peacocks Foodland grocery store is located on your way in to town on Highway 6 as well as Hoppy’s Gas Station and Tacomory food truck.

About Our Rates

Rates are based on a two adult occupancy & Cottages are based on four adult occupancy. Rates will change when exceeding these number of guests.

Price is based on 2 Adults per room, $10.00 extra per adult in room. Standard Queen & Deluxe King Room , Max Capacity: 4 Adults, 1 Child under age of 12.

Cottage price is based on 4 Adults, $20.00 extra per adult or child under 12 in cottages. Max Capacity for Four Bedroom is 8 persons, Three Bedroom and Log Cottage is 6 persons plus two children under the age of 12

The Queen Room

We have a total of 21 Queen Rooms at Escarpment Heights Motel. Each room is 360 sq. ft and features two queen-sized beds. Room amenities include a large 40″ LED TV, Free WIFI, air conditioning, microwave, coffee maker and bar fridge. Each room has access to a balcony or patio.

Pet-free and Smoke-free environment.

We have a total of 5 King Rooms at Escarpment Heights Motel. Deluxe King room is 360 sq.ft and features a king size bed and a couch. Standard King Room have only King Bed. Amenities include: large 40″LED TV, WIFI, air conditioning, microwave, coffee maker and bar fridge. Each room has access to a balcony or patio.

The Suite

We have 1 Two Bedroom Suite at Escarpment Heights Motel. The bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, flat-screen TVs, and patio access from the master bedroom. The common area features a family room with a full-sized couch, a 40″LED flat-screen TV, a full kitchen and dining space, air conditioning and free wifi access.

3 Bedroom Cottage – 51 Corey Crescent

Brand New 2022 3-bedroom cottage located at 51 Corey Crescent.

This two-story house has three bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. Two full bathrooms, one on each level. It also features a full kitchen with all your plates, cutlery pots & pans along with a dining room. Living rooms have a TV that connects to wifi for Netflix, free wifi and free parking.

Outside has a seating area, charcoal BBQ and Fire pit!
Nice quiet location not far from downtown!

We provide parking to all of our Tobermory Accommodation guests so you can park for free at the hotel to walk to town for shops and restaurants.

4 Bedroom Cottage – 129 Big Tub Road

Featuring a full kitchen with all your plates, cutlery, and pots & pans. Four spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, this cottage is where you will want to stay!

Furnished with a 50″ LCD TV connected to cable television and free WiFi, modern conveniences are there for you. Furthermore, a private 300 sq.ft. raised deck with patio furniture and ample private parking will make this feel like your home away from home. Cottage also includes charcoal BBQ and fire pit.

In addition, this beautiful Tobermory Accommodation is located less than 2 km from Little Tub Harbour. And, guests can easily access Bruce Anchor Cruises, a company offering glass bottom boat tours to Flowerpot Island. This rather exciting adventure is only 1 km away! You can also walk to the Big Tub Light house & the resort were you can swim, rent canoes or kayaks or just enjoy evening stroll.

Upstairs Master Bedroom – attached bathroom

Walking distance to downtown, the Visitors Center, and water access points. This Cottage is a one-of-a-kind log home with two bedrooms and a loft with queen beds. It has a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities you will need.

The cottage has one full bathroom, a sunroom and a beautiful front porch to enjoy morning coffee. All linen and amenities are provided for you. Outside, we have a charcoal BBQ, a Firepit, and a badminton net in the sand. Free Wifi and parking on site, TVs connect to Wifi as well as DVD players. Cottage also comes with a window A/C unit, Pack and Play as well as a high Chair.

This cottage is a great location to enjoy all of what Tobermory has to offer. Bruce Anchor boat cruises, Parks Canada and all the local shops and restaurants just steps from this location.
